Cameron Lagrone

Owner of Finney's Books, a queer-woman-owned indie bookstore in East Austin focused on romance — stocking indie and trad romance titles, alternate/discreet covers, and bookish merch. Opened December 2025 and expanded to Tuesday-Sunday hours; runs a monthly book club. Tiny store in an Airport Blvd strip mall, named after her dog Finney.
